Confluence has historically been underwritten by the Partners In Prosperity campaign of the Rome Floyd Chamber. Partners In Prosperity is an aggressive, tightly focused, bold five-year Strategic Action Plan and campaign of the Rome Floyd Chamber designed to move the community forward.

Partners in Prosperity supports efforts like Confluence and other entrepreneurial and innovation related programs, economic development, existing industry support, community marketing, governmental affairs, education, leadership, and workforce development in the local community.  It is designed to be the region’s economic development vehicle to bring together a diverse group of individuals, organizations, and businesses to infuse new ideas, energy, and resources into plan an effort that will ensure continued growth, development, and prosperity in the community. Why Sponsor Confluence? 

Confluence provides a forum for technologists, innovators, and decision makers to connect. The Rome Floyd Chamber is a 501c6 not for profit organization and can continue to host this high quality event because of our community partners. AUDIENCE

Our audience is intentionally diverse to encourage people from different backgrounds to learn from each others’ perspectives. The event seeks to bring together corporate “suits,” entrepreneurial “Frisbee throwers,” and technologist “geeks” in a way that encourages attendees to take action. Confluence draws entrepreneurs looking to capitalize on gaps, connect with potential customers, and get resources to bring an idea to market. 

The event attracts business executives, CEOs, CMOs, and strategic thinkers, many of whom oversee technologists. You will also see EVPs of international manufacturing companies and CIOs of regional banking operations, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions. These attendees desire to hear the latest trends and be exposed to new ideas across a variety of industries.

Confluence also attracts technologists who desire to discuss “nuts and bolts,” compare notes, talk about issues, and challenge the status quo.
